In a new interview for Cinema Fanpage Italy, actor Johnny Depp who plays with Robert Pattinson in ‘Waiting For The Barbarians‘ mentions him. He said that Robert has made tough choices in his career and that he really likes him. He’s only saying a line about Robert but I’m really happy about his one.

Over the years he has made tough choices, pushing his talent, doing things his way. I am very fond of Robert (Pattinson), he is a really sweet guy.

In a new interview for The Interviewer, Max Schimmelpfennig who plays in the famous TV series Dark, mentions Robert Pattinson when the interviewer asks him who inspires him!

Which actor inspires you? Why?

Robert Pattinson is an inspiration right now! Because of his choices. He’s choosing his projects very wisely and I have a lot of respect for that because it’s not so easy. Heigh Ledger did that too. Smart! When you are reading a script you can hopefully tell if you like it or not. But what you can’t tell is what the the shooting is gonna be like. If an actor is choosing his projects very consciously than it tells me that this person knows exactly what he or she is doing and what he or she wants. To be able to know what YOU want or need to be happy… that’s the hardest part. Not only in this industry but also in life.

In a new interview for InStyle Magazine, actor Oliver Jackson-Cohen (the star of The Invisible Man and The Haunting of Bly Manor) talks about Robert Pattinson. He said that Robert is the ‘British version of Leo DiCaprio‘. Another one to praise Robert’s talent! So proud. You can read below, Oliver talking about The Lighthouse and Twilight!

Who is your favorite Robert? Downey, Jr. or Pattinson?

Pattinson.

What’s your favorite movie of his?

That’s quite a hard one. The Lighthouse? Yeah. He’s just phenomenal. I still haven’t seen The Devil All the Time, but I think I’m going to try to watch it tonight. And what was that other one he did? Cosmopolis. Do you remember that? What’s your favorite movie of his?

Lighthouse was pretty good —

Were you going to say Twilight?

[Laughter]

[Laughing] Yeah. Let’s say Twilight. You know what? I actually haven’t seen any of those movies.

Neither have I! But that’s what I think is so interesting is that nowadays, he’s sort of like a British version of Leo DiCaprio. I have no concept of any of [the Twilight series] movies, because I started watching everything that he did afterwards.

Before the pandemic bumped, the movie was originally set to open in June 2021 and then in October 2021 but today, after Warner Bros. delayed Denis Villeneuve’s science-fiction epic ‘Dune’ from December 18, 2020, to October 1, 2021, they decided to move ‘The Batman‘ from October 1, 2021, to March 4, 2022.

The wait will be worth it, we will just have to watch the trailer again and again until March 4, 2022!

514 days to go!
